Over the last 20 years, we have helped clients close several hundred transactions and have ranked in the top 5% of all NAR Members in the Intermountain Multiple Listing Service. We have assembled a team of talented real estate professionals to achieve this.

 

Working in the business, I realize how many different activities NAR Members perform for their clients. It is almost impossible for anyone to be an “expert” in everything, manage all the details, and deliver all these services well. We must specialize in our roles to provide our clients with the best service available in today’s complex real estate market. Successful companies hire talented people specializing in sales, marketing, engineering, finance, etc. The “team approach” is also valid in residential real estate.

My responsibilities are to study and understand the local market and ensure we provide our clients with the most accurate and up-to-date real estate advice possible. I spend my days previewing properties, working with buyers and sellers, networking with top agents, negotiating contracts, and marketing your home.

 

I have a degree in Business Management/Finance. Before my real estate career, I worked for seventeen years as a top-producing salesperson and sales manager in corporate sales for Black and Decker, Newell Rubbermaid, and Sara Lee. I enjoy playing golf, racquetball, reading, and following the Boise State Broncos. My wife, Jevonne, and I have four children and six grandchildren and live in Eagle, Idaho.
